Withdrawals
Yes, you can. However, you can only withdraw bonus funds once the wagering requirement of 15x is completed. For example, if you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw. After completing the wagering, you can proceed with the normal withdrawal process.
Withdrawals normally arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours. It may take a little longer due to large amounts, network congestion, or processing during late-night hours. Contact live chat at any time if you have an issue.
That's correct. Under our security and financial policies, the wallet used for withdrawal must be registered under the same owner name as the account. This prevents anyone else from withdrawing your funds and keeps your account protected.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals cannot be processed below this amount. You can withdraw via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay, and 20,000 Ks is the minimum amount regardless of which method you use.

Deposits
Save the screenshot from when you made the transfer and contact support immediately via live chat. They will look into it using your transfer reference number, and in most cases it can be resolved within a few minutes. If the network was busy at the time of deposit, wait a moment and check again.
There are currently 4 deposit methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. You can deposit a minimum of 3,000 Ks with any method, and transactions are processed directly in Myanmar Kyat.
Log in to m9skm and create a deposit invoice. The Wave Money number will appear on the invoice — use Send Money in the Wave Money app to transfer the required amount. After the transfer, enter the invoice ID and tap Submit. Wait a moment until you see the balance updated.
Open the KBZPay app and select Pay/Transfer. Enter the KBZPay number shown on your m9skm invoice, fill in the amount, and tap Confirm. Then enter the transaction ID into your m9skm invoice and tap Submit. Minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks.
m9skm does not charge any deposit fees. However, KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay may have their own transfer fee policies — check the relevant app's policy to confirm. Normally, domestic transfers arrive instantly with no fees.
On your first deposit you will receive a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to 300,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must complete 15x wagering before the bonus can be withdrawn.
Register and Login
No. Each person is allowed one account only. If a duplicate account is found, bonuses and winnings may be blocked. If you have an unusual situation such as family members living together, please contact support in advance to clarify.
