1General Terms
These terms apply to all use of m9skm's website, mobile platform, and related services. "Platform" refers to m9skm's website, gaming and betting services, and all associated services.
"User" means any person who has registered an account on this platform or is using its services.
Important Notice: This platform is intended for persons aged 21 and above only. If a person under 21 is found to have used the platform for any reason, their account will be closed immediately and their deposit may be withheld.

2Account Registration and Management
2.1 — Account Eligibility

- Each person may only hold one account at a time. Accounts are verified by individual IP address, device, phone number, or payment method.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. An account opened with incorrect or incomplete information may be closed.
- Documents may be requested at any time to verify the accuracy of your personal information.
2.2 — Account Security
You must keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and must not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you notice any unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited: Selling, renting, transferring your account to another person, or having someone else play on your behalf are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and any remaining balance may be withheld without refund.
3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
3.1 — Deposits
You can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. The deposit account must be your own — deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.
3.2 — Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request. However, processing may take longer if verification is required.
Withdrawal conditions:
- As a general policy, deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
- Transfer records will be reviewed in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
- Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing any bets may be treated as money laundering and will be investigated.
- All withdrawal requests will go through verification checks at the time of confirmation, which may incur processing time.
4Bonus & Promotion Rules
4.1 — First Deposit Bonus
m9skm offers a 100% Welcome Bonus on your first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is 300,000 Ks.
Example calculation:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn
- Deposit 620,000 Ks → receive 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → balance 920,000 Ks → bonus 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn
4.2 — Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
4.3 — Bonus Cancellation
A bonus may be cancelled for the following reasons:
- Claiming a bonus with a duplicate account
- Exploiting bonuses by violating game rules
- Claiming a bonus using false information
- m9skm determines that the bonus was obtained inappropriately
4.4 — VIP Program
The m9skm VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, and 0.8% at Gold. Tier advancement is based on play history and activity, and is determined at m9skm's discretion.
5Game Rules
5.1 — Game Outcomes
Game results on the platform are random and operate using Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. m9skm guarantees fair play.
5.2 — Prohibited Game Conduct
Unfair actions — such as using bot software, exploiting game vulnerabilities, or accessing the platform API without authorisation — are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and any remaining balance may be withheld without refund.
5.3 — Technical Issues
Game results caused by a technical fault or software exploit on the platform may be voided by m9skm, and the platform bears no responsibility for such voids.
6Personal Data Protection
Personal information you provide is protected by m9skm in accordance with the Privacy Policy. SSL encryption technology is used to keep data transfers secure.
Your personal information will not be sold or distributed to third parties. It may only be shared with essential third-party services where necessary to process payments or meet legal requirements.
7Limitation of Liability

- Breach of any of these terms and conditions
- Suspected attempt to commit fraud or money laundering
- Discovery of multiple accounts held by the same person
- Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
- Failure to cooperate with account verification checks
